LOGISTICS OFFICER

Responsible for making shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound. Negotiate prices with logistic company’s/shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate. Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers. Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms. Handling shipment clearances. Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery. Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to accounts for payment. Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues. Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit. Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements. Coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing operations.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

The Procurement Officer will play a critical role in sourcing, purchasing, and managing the procurement of construction and oil & gas materials within the U.A.E. market. This position requires extensive knowledge of these industries, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to establish and administer contracts. The ideal candidate should be a goal- oriented, organized team player who can adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure.
